Kayla Rosenthal is the Director of Day Programs at The Center for Pursuit since 2023. Bringing more than 15 years of hands-on experience in Case Management-CLASS, ICF, and HCS programs, complemented by a 6-year successful period as Activity Center Director, at Vita Living, Inc. She has also provided staff training for Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation, HIPPA, and Client’s Rights.

Kayla is very passionate about serving individuals with IDD. She strives to ensure every day program participant is supported in a way that promotes independence, social and emotional growth, and development, on-site and off-site. She aims to create a safe stimulating environment that allows individuals to have a choice and focus on their personal goals. Kayla is also committed to ensuring participants are offered individual activities intended to shine a light on what they can accomplish and learn, including but not limited to basic life skills, pre-vocational training, and job readiness practice to help our individuals become and remain independent.
