The Center for Pursuit has been transforming the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism for over 70 years by providing a range of innovative programs and services. These include job skills training, supported employment, health and wellness, community living, and day services, among others. Through these programs, The Center supports its clients in developing the skills and tools needed to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, while actively participating in their communities. The addition of Social Motion Skills has further expanded our services to younger individuals. As a result, The Center now serves approximately 200 children, adolescents, and young adults, in addition to our existing community of over 450 adults with IDD, autism, and similar conditions in the greater Houston area.
