Damien Harris is the Senior Director of Programs at The Center for Pursuit and has been with The Center since 2018. He previously held positions as Director of Residential Services and Adult Activity Center as well as Program Manager for Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Intermediate Care Facilities. Damien earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in management information systems from Ouachita Baptist University.

Prior to joining The Center, Damien worked as the HCS Program Director and Residential Director at Vita-Living, Inc. where he supervised HCS, ICF, and Day Habilitation. He also provided staff training for HIPAA, fraud, and clients’ rights. Additionally, Damien served as a Facility Investigator for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and as an Inspector for the Department of State Health Services.

Damien is motivated by his dedication to serving individuals with IDD and ensuring that they lead safe, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
