Transition Medicine Clinic
In partnership with Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital, the Transition Medicine Clinic at The Center for Pursuit offers comprehensive healthcare, numerous wrap-around services, and social support services to help adult patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, and other similar conditions who typically struggle to find adult health care services.
The clinic services the needs of young adults and adults diagnosed with Spina Bifida, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and a wide range of genetic diseases.
