Twogether Consulting is hosting a live training session to discuss what CFC services are in the HCS/TxHmL programs as well as the option of receiving services via CDS within the HCS/TxHmL programs and what that means for the individual and the LAR (Legally Authorized Representative). Some of the services that an individual can receive in CDS within the HCS/TxHmL programs include CFC (Community First Choice) Respite and ISS. This session will be held at The Center for Pursuit at their East End campus on 4400 Harrisburg Blvd, Houston, Texas 77011.  If you would like to attend please contact Meghan Jones at meghanjones.tx@gmail.com to register.

The live training is recommended for new providers, owners, program managers, care coordinators/case managers, quality assurance staff, nurses/nurse case managers, HR staff (HCS & TxHmL only)

Daily Schedule:

October 3 (Day 1) 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM
October 4 (Day 2) 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, lunch will not be provided.
Snacks and drinks will be provided on both days. Water/ice machine is available. Bringing your own cup is recommended.
