Frank V. Higginbotham, Jr. is the Director of Employment Services at The Center for Pursuit. The program serves clients through pre-employment evaluations, vocational training, job placement assistance, supported employment, job coaching, and more. He has more than 21 years of experience in vocational training and supported employment. Before coming to The Center, Frank served as Director at Arise Transitional Living Center where he developed a drug support and transitional living program for homeless men. He is also the co-founder of Higginbotham Staffing Solutions, an employment agency geared toward helping individuals with disabilities gain employment. Frank has credentials from the University of North Texas Work Inclusion & Sustainable Employment as a CRP Director, Supported Employment Specialist, Job Skills Training, and Job Placement Specialist. He has completed training as a Work Incentive Specialist from Cornell University-Institute on Employment. In Frank’s spare time, he coaches basketball.
